International Orders: If you are placing an international order you will receive a e-mail notification after the order is placed (usually within 24 hours) stating the shipping costs and the total for the wire transfer as well as the bank account information, we do not and will not accept credit cards for international orders they should be paid in full before we can shipp the products ordered.

Returns: To return items purchased from our online store, you must return then within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice, with a copy of your original receipt, invoice or packing slip. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after thirty (30) days. All returns must be in their original packaging and must not show any sign of use or damage.

To receive a refund or credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping and insurance pre-paid in “as new” condition, in original box and packaging, and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any variance from these conditions could result in delay of forfeiture of your refund.

An open box fee equal to 15% of the purchase price will be charged on any opened item, unless the item is defective (fee not applicable in Hawaii). The 15% open box fee will be assessed at the time of refund exchange.

Shipping and insurance charges are not refunded.

Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.

Refunds on cash or check purchases in excess of $250.00 will be issued by check from our company’s corporate office within ten (10) business days of the return date.

Refunds or credits are issued after receipt and inspection of returned goods.

Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in product, pricing or offers is subject to correction. Although Internet orders generate an automatic confirmation and response email, We may change its pricing, product description or specification after any order confirmation or response email but prior to shipment due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors. We reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers. Published prices do not include shipping, insurance and sales tax, where applicable.
Ordering Information and Methods of Payment: We are not liable for orders that are unfulfilled due to incomplete or inaccurate information being supplied by a business or individual at the time of order placement. Similarly, we assume no liability for orders being unfulfilled due to incomplete or inaccurate credit or payment information or for causes beyond our control. Terms of payment are within our sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by us, we must receive payment prior to our acceptance of an order. Payment for the products via this site will be made by Credit Card. We accept American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard and VISA.
Export: To comply with certain vendor agreements and government regulations, we reserves the right to refuse to export products from the United States at any time. If you are purchasing products for export, you are responsible for the necessary export documentation before shipment is made to a foreign country. Manufacturer's warranties for exported products may vary or be null and void.
Customer Information, Comments and Feedback: We do not currently share our customer list to any external business partners. We will send you information about our offerings periodically if you have subscribed to our e-mail notification program. Comments or ideas transmitted to this site become the sole property of this company and may be shared to expand or improve the functionality of the site or of our product or service offerings. Please contact us via e-mail or telephone if you do not want to receive any of these offers.
